This 50,000 sf mixed use facility is situated on one of the Region’s busiest traffic thoroughfares. The area is densely populated with service commercial retailers and not the usual retail chains and notable national tenants found in prime commercial shopping nodes. This location needed specific attention due to its limited marketing appeal. Notwithstanding the property’s high visibility and attractive architectural design, it suddenly was faced with some large vacancies.LINKS searched its database for prospective tenants who could fill the space and proceeded to market the location to these retailers.

Both vacant units were large and so the choices were limited. LINKS met the challenges by identifying large corporate users, Aaron’s and Prime Restaurants who leased 7,000 sf and 5,300 sf respectively. The property now enjoyed its much needed merchandising mix and immediate cash flow without suffering any prolonged vacancy periods.
