  • Situated on Stratford’s main thoroughfare, Ontario Street, the Gateway Plaza enjoyed relative full occupancy. Unexpectedly, this 21,000 sf retail centre met with several failed tenancies that produced a very painful 70% vacancy factor. Although the centre was ideally situated, it’s a well known fact that smaller urban centres such as Stratford cannot attract the prospective tenants that larger cities typically do.

    LINKS filled the vacancies with relative ease from its national database with notable tenants such as TD Canada Trust, Bulk Barn, M & M Meats, and Telus Mobility.
